Welcome to Screpy Painting & Decorating. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and website located at https://screpydecor.co.uk.

1. Estimates & Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided by Screpy Painting & Decorating are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Once a quote is accepted in writing, the price for the defined scope of work remains fixed. Any modifications or additional works requested after the start date will be priced separately.

2. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be detailed in your written quote. For larger residential or commercial projects, a deposit may be required before booking or starting the project. The final balance is due upon completion of the work to your satisfaction.

3. Access & Materials

The client agrees to provide clear access to the areas designated for painting and decorating. We take great care to cover and protect furniture and floors; however, we advise removing small or fragile personal belongings from the rooms prior to our arrival.

4. Liability & Insurance

Screpy Painting & Decorating is fully insured with Public Liability Insurance. We guarantee all our workmanship and use premium quality materials that conform to British standards.
